   For security reasons, the shipping address provided must match the cardholder’s information. Any order that does not meet this requirement will be canceled without further notice.

2. Shipping Area
   We currently offer shipping within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally or to other territories at this time.

3. Carriers
   We use USPS and UPS as our chosen shipping carriers. The method of shipping used will depend on the size and destination of your order.

4. Damaged or Missing Packages
   In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). The Retro Fix II TURBO will not be held responsible for damaged or missing packages once the order has been shipped.
